How itworks

Five clear steps, from the first message to the final file. Here is a preview of every document you’ll receive.

    Commercial proposal

    First, you receive my commercial proposal: who I am, my portfolio, how we work, the monthly packages and the terms. You pick the package that fits your channel.

  2. 02

    Creative channel briefing

    Then you fill in a short form about your channel. It’s the most important document of our work, and you only fill it in once, at the beginning.

    • · Style, colors, text and what to avoid
  3. 03

    Thumbnail guide

    For each video, you fill in the Thumbnail Guide. The better the briefing, the more precise the creative direction of the thumbnail.

    • · No idea yet? That’s fine, I develop it from the content
    • · Send photos of yourself, screenshots or references
    • · Everything stays organized in one shared document
  4. 04

    Invoice

    I send you the invoice with every detail of the service: package, delivery frequency, file format and revisions. Once payment is confirmed, the project begins.

    • · Secure payment link, valid for 5 days
    • · 100% payment before the project starts
    • · Deadlines start after briefing, payment and content
  5. 05

    Delivery

    Your thumbnails arrive every week in a shared Google Drive folder, in high quality and ready to upload.

    • · 2 free revisions per thumbnail
    • · Approve or request changes within 48 hours
    • · Spelling errors are always fixed at no cost
